Creating Your First Voice Debrief
Welcome to Debrief.AI! Creating your first debrief is simple and takes just a few seconds.
Step 1: Open the App
After installing Debrief.AI from the App Store, open the app and sign in with your account.
Step 2: Tap the Record Button
You'll see a large record button in the center of the bottom navigation. Tap it to start recording your voice note.
Step 3: Speak Your Thoughts
Simply speak about your recent conversation. Mention:
- Who you spoke with
- Key topics discussed
- Any action items or follow-ups
- Your impressions or notes
Step 4: Stop Recording
Tap the stop button when you're done. The recording will automatically be processed.
Step 5: Select a Contact
Choose the contact this debrief relates to from your phone's contact list. This links your note to that person.
Step 6: Review AI Summary
Our AI will generate a summary of your debrief, extracting key points and action items. Review and edit if needed.
Tips for Better Debriefs
